Tau Gamma Phi also known as the Triskelions’ Grand Fraternity. The fraternity was founded October 4, 1968 in University of the Philippines.

Tau Gamma Phi organization is originally known as “Order of the U.P. Triskelions" and were founded by four Arts and Science students from UP Diliman Campus.

University of the Philippines is this year Cheerdance Champion. UP have successfully defended their title this year UAAP Cheerdance Competition that was held at Araneta Coliseum.A very deserving back to back win for UP.

Eight schools, One champion and a jampacked audience were gathered to this annual event of showcasing their best cheerdance performance.

The competition is sponsored by Samsung and FYI Samsung has been the major sponsor of this annual event since 2007.

37,513 passed the Nursing Licensure Examination (NLE) out of the 78,135 examinees that was held in various testing centers last July 2011

NLE Passing rate this year is 48% which is more than last year.

PRC released the list of April 3, 2011 LET licensure exam results.

5,221 out of the 33,023 examinees passed the LET for the Elementary Level Teachers which is about 15.81% while 7,690 out of the 29,267 passed the LET for the Secondary Level Teachers which is about 26.28%.

35 out of the 339 examinees passed the LET for the Accelerated Teacher Education Program (A.T.E.P)
